Paumanok meaning “The Island that Gives Back” is our flagship maplewood smoked roast. Proudly roasted on the “Paumanok“ the traditional lands of the Unkechaug & Shinnecock Nations, this bean offers a smooth coffee with notes of chocolate, orange and maple. 
We have prepared an artisan coffee roasted with our "Shore-Fire" maple wood to produce a delicious, rich, dark roast.
